30. What I learned in Two Years of Owning a Coffee Business

In January it will be two years since I have officially taken over Maiden Coffee Roasters. Looking back it's been nice to reflect on some of the ideas that seemed so foreign at the time but have since become second nature. On today's episode I discuss some of the lessons I've learned the hard way in running your own business, specifically revolved around coffee roasting.
